Week 15: Day 3 - April 12, 2017

  • easy trail RUN with one dog = 5.18 miles; time = 1:03:23; average pace @ 12:14
  • easy WALK with three dogs = 2.6 miles
It was nice and cold this morning. I enjoyed being the weather. The run was okay, but I wasn't feeling unmotivated at least.
