- road run (solo) = 4.1 miles; time = 53:27; average pace @ 13:02
- easy walk with dogs = 2.6 miles total
It was overcast and a little dark when I headed out for my run, so I didn't bring my dog. The overcast made the morning seem a little darker. I shouldn't be complaining about overcast because it's better than hot and humid, but I like a little light/sun (and cold) in the morning when I run.
