Week 34: Day 1

cardio:

• karate (@ 7pm) = 1 hour

No second class on Mondays. We've decided that because there isn't enough people in attendance, it isn't worth having a second class.

I had to wash my gym shoes because I used them for the hike yesterday and they got pretty muddy. Since I didn't like the idea of putting my shoes in the dryer, they were still pretty wet and not ready for a regular use.
