I struggled so, so much during my run this morning and I'm going to blame the weather. It was so humid and muggy, and it's driving me nuts! I am melting! A few months ago when I was hiking with a bike group, someone said that this summer would be hotter/worse than previous years. I also had thought about signing up for a half marathon that would have happened in October this year. I am glad that I did not sign up for that race. I would really be struggling during my training and maybe race day would be unusually warm/hot, humid and muggy this year. Last October had really good weather. Maybe I'll sign up for the race (that I had in mine) next year or the year after.
