I didn't take my dog with me on my run this morning. There was a heavy downpour with lightning and thunder one hour before my run even though that lasted a few seconds. It drizzled a little bit during my run, but I thought that it would really be raining during my run and I felt that my dog didn't need to be in it. I wished that it had downpour during my run. I really struggled with my run and I'm going to blame the weather. It was 70 F degrees, humid and muggy. I felt like I was dragging my feet along and I did not enjoy my run. I still plan to run tomorrow morning, but I am going to struggle.
