- bike ride (local) = 15.17 miles; time = 1:22:00; average pace @ 11.1 mph
I debated whether I should ride/cycle today or not...feeling lazy or motivated enough. I am glad that I did it. It felt nice feeling motivated and accomplished. It was pretty cold and I usually like to ride in warmer weather, but it wasn't as bad as I thought.
