  • easy trail RUN with one dog = 4.5 miles; time = 54:53; average pace @ 12:12
  • easy WALK with three dogs = 2.6 miles total
So warm this morning! Is summer over yet? Does anyone know how to turn off the heater? I'm bursting into flames!
