- easy RUN with one dog = 3.2 miles
- easy walk with two dogs = 2.2 miles
- easy walk with Pet Rescue = 1.8 mile (?)
I didn't run on my normal challenging trail just to be on the safe side because of the rain this morning. So I went on an easy run with my dog instead.
I did walk some shelter dogs at the pet rescue, but I lost track of how many dogs I took out for a walk. I think I took out about four dogs and each dog got walked for 20 minutes (about 0.45 mile each). There were other volunteers helping out and walking dogs also.
