- easy trail/road RUN with one dog = 4.92 miles, time = 55:30, pace @ 11:17
- easy WALK with two dogs = 1.2 miles
I timed my run this morning for the first time since before this past summer. The last time that I timed my run, I was running so slow and my time was bad. I didn't like my pace/time that I had to just stop timing my runs. While I don't like that I'm running 11 minutes a mile, it's better than my last timed run (more than 12 minutes a mile)
