• trail/road RUN with one dog = 5.3 miles; time = 1:03:08; average pace @ 11:55
• easy WALK with three dogs = 2.5 miles

I need to make myself go to bed early like at 10 pm. I'm always complain that I'm tired all the time.

Okay, I don't know what to say so I'm just rambling.....
