- easy trail/road RUN with one dog = 5.29 miles; time = 1:04:59; pace @ 12:17
- easy WALK with three dogs = 2.5 miles
I don't know why, but I felt a little unmotivated to run this morning. I felt better after two miles into my run though. It was overcast this morning and while I prefer sunny and COLD, I appreciated it because overcast is better than sunny and hot/humid.
