Week 14: Day 3 - 2014

  • easy WALK/RUN with one dog = 1.2 miles
  • easy walk with dogs = 1 mile

I think I'm going to go on an easy 3 mile hike soon with my dogs and I think I will go on Friday if I'm not lazy.
