Well, what an "interesting" week. I did a run and walked my dogs on Monday. I didn't update and I didn't do anything on Tuesday, and Wednesday because I had a Covid scare at work. I'm covid-negative, fortunately, but unfortunately for two of my co-workers who are covid-positive. Speedy recovery for them so they can come back to work soon. Then my back went out from sciatic pain, so I didn't do anything yesterday.
