Week 10: Day 2 - March 08, 2016

  • easy trail RUN with one dog = 3.96 miles, time = 47:07
  • easy WALK with three dogs = 2.5 miles
It was nice and cold (42 degrees) this morning...it was awesome! Too bad, this doesn't happen year round.
