- easy trail/road RUN with one dog = 5.63 miles
- easy WALK with two dogs = 1.6 miles
I went for a run a little later than usual. I think I'm ready for another break/rest from running because I'm sorta bored. I wonder how I'm going to keep up with my motivation for fourteen (14) weeks...it's going to be hard. On the other hand, I'm glad that the weather has cooled off.
