Week 38: Day 4 - 2014

• easy trail/road RUN with one dog = 5.1 miles
• easy WALK with two dogs = 1.5 miles

I'm so happy that the ridiculously hot, crazy weather is over! It's amazing how there is a 20 F degree difference between Tuesday and today (by mid-morning/day)! My dogs and I can now enjoy our mid-day walks and walk a little farther.
