It was a bit frosty this morning. I think I was born as a polar bear because I wore shorts, a short-sleeved technical shirt and gloves...except I took my gloves off after one mile because my hands got hot. Then I put them back on during the last 1/2 mile. Only my hands got cold during the run and it was 36 degrees when I went out.
