• morning run = 4.13 miles; time = 1:0915; average pace @ 16:46
• walk dogs = 2.6 miles

So let's try this again since I fell off the wagon and stopped updating my blog. 

FYI: I did do a ride on Saturday, 01 January. I just didn't bother to update. I took a rest day Sunday and Monday.
