My total mileage for June sucks. It didn't help that my motivation wasn't all that great and I had a bad case of laziness because of June Gloom plus crazy hot weather.
Anyway, I need to find a way to catch up on my sleep because I don't sleep that much at night (five to six hours). Now I'm feeling tired and wanting to sleep in more when I know I should be out doing a run. By the time I get back from my run, I'm too wide awake to go back to sleep for a nap.
