While I was at the library, someone noticed that I was knitting and asked about it. She was at the library with one of her kids. She got some books for another kid who happened to be in karate class. She mentioned the type of class which happened to be the class that I used to go to. I told her the teacher's name to which she said "Oh yeah!". I hadn't gone to karate class in two years. Partly because of a conflicting work schedule. Mainly because I was feeling a bit resentful towards some parents who enrolled their kids in the class for the things that they said or did or didn't say or do and I felt jaded since then. Perhaps I was being a bit passive aggressive by not saying anything and not going to class anymore. I don't know. I suppose I should start going to karate class again now that I have time...until I have a conflicting work schedule again.
