Oops, I forgot to update on Tuesday. On Tuesday, I did a 3.2 mile run with my dog. I felt ok running on Tuesday morning. I felt a little more rest and caught on sleep this morning, but sorta didn't enjoy the weather. I guess it's about that time when mornings are starting to feel a little warm even though daytime seems nice.
